Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns once an order has been delivered.

Each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges in case of:

  • Damaged product
  • Incorrect item received

To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the product.

Once approved, we will arrange the exchange accordingly.

Conditions for Exchange

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Request must be raised within the specified time frame

Made-to-Order Pieces

All made-to-order and customized pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, as they are created specifically for you.

Color Variation

Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting and screen settings. These are not considered defects.
